Chef Ken Chawarit Inoue is a half Thai, half Japanese chef, deeply passionate about Japanese cuisine, inspired by his Japanese father. Driven by a constant desire to learn, he has honed his skills at top establishments worldwide. Chef Ken has held leadership roles, including Head Chef at Benkay, Hotel Nikko Guam, and Sous Chef at Kissuisen, Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse, where he contributed to opening a new restaurant. He also refined his skills as Sous Chef at Tenko Omakase, Pullman Bangkok King Power. With experience in Kaiseki cuisine, Chef Ken ensures high culinary standards and food safety throughout his career.

Chef Ter's culinary saga began in 2012, but it was in the sizzling realm of teppanyaki at Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse in JW Marriott Bangkok that he truly found his flame in March 2015. From dazzling diners in Australia to returning to Bangkok's bustling culinary scene, Chef Ter has journeyed far and wide, perfecting his artistry with every sizzle and flip. Now, as the driving force behind KAEN Teppanyaki and Grill in Kissuisen, he's turning dining into an electrifying experience, where every plate tells a story and every bite ignites the senses.

Currently serving as the Junior Sous Chef at Kissuisen, his background includes notable roles such as Omakase Chef at Mizu by Sankyodai and Sous Chef at Akako Omakase. With a strong foundation in sushi preparation from establishments like Tora Sushi Restaurant, Nippon Kai, and KA ZE, coupled with his versatility at In The Mood For Love, Chef Nat brings a wealth of expertise to any kitchen he joins.
